产品结构与工作原理  Structure and working principle

如上图:三根平行绝缘铜绞线为电源母线,在内护套绝缘层外缠绕电热丝,并将该电热丝每隔一定距离(即“发热节长”)分别依次与电源母线AB-BC-CA-AB……反复循环连接在每二相间形成连续并联电阻。当母线通以三相电后,各并联电阻同时发热,因而形成一条连续三相供电的加热带。

As shown in the figure, three paralleled insulated Cu strands are bus wires, the heating fiber wraps around the inner sheath layer. At interval section(heating section length) is connected to bus wires AB-BC-CA-AB……and so on, so the resistors are paralleled connected between the two phases. When the power is applied, each resistor glows and form the three-phase heating cable.

RDP3-J型三相电热带除具有和RDP3型单相电热带相同的特点以外,还有以下优点:

1、单相电热带使用长度过长,尾部部分的功率下降,当导线截面相同时,由于三相带额定电压高于单相带,其使用长度比单相带有较大的增加,所以使用三相带能减少供电点,降低工程费用。

2、在大规模应用电热带的场合,能均衡电网负载。

3、三相带由于采用三根芯数,使电热带更趋扁平,降低了表面的发热负荷,增加对管道的热传导面积,提高了电热带的热传输效率及维持温度。

4、加强型三相恒功率电热带是三相恒功率电热带外层包覆一层绝缘层,其结构及原理基本与普通型电热带相同。但加强型产品防腐能力增加,机械强度更高,适用于防爆场合和埋敷地下或有腐蚀性气体的场合使用。

Apart from the features of Model RDP3 single-phase heating cable. Also has the following acteristice:

1For the long length of single-phase heating cable, the watt of the end part reduces a lot. For the same cable section, the 3-phase voltage is higher than the single-phase, so the heating length is longer than the single-phase cable. It will reduce the expense when use the 3-phase heating cable.

2. In the place where lots of heating cable are applied, they can balance the load of the grid.

3. There cores make the flat cable to increase the heat transmission area and improve the efficiency and maximum holding temperature.

The reinforced 3-phase heating cable works in the same way as common type, except that it has insulated layer outside. It is good at anti-erosive and strong, applicable in anti-explosive places and erosive surroundings.

Applications


RDP3型三相恒功率电热带RDP2型单相恒功率电热带一样,能用于解决管道和阀门等的防冻和保温,具体应用场合也与RDP2型单相带相同(详见RDP2型单相电热带产品应用)。但需特别指出的是:当在长距离,大口径管道进行伴热保温时,采用三相带比单相带更经济,更合理,更能显示使用三相带的性。

Model RDP3 three-phase heating cable works in the same way as Model RDP 2 sing-phase heating cable to prevent the valves and pipes from freezing and keep the temperature. In the case of longer and bigger pipelines, it is more economical to use 3-phase cable than single-phase cable.

该三相恒功率电热带按GB3836.1-83GB3836.3-83即爆炸性环境用防爆电器设备“通用要求”和“增安型电器设备e”要求设计制造,防爆等级为“e II T3”。产品具有不延燃性,并通过密闭式电热器要求的试验与防爆电器附件配套后,适用于不受外力直接冲击的工厂一区、二区爆炸性气体混合物T3组合物场所使用。

This constant watt heating cable is made as per GB3836.1-83 and GB3836.3-83, i. e, general requirement for the anti-explosive equipment and safe electric apparatus grade E. The anti-explosive grade is “ e II T3”. Due to its non-extensive burning, the cable is used on the anti-explosive parts which are applicable in the area 1 and area 2 in factory under explosive gas mixture T3.

产品特点及应用场合

Features and applications


恒功率电热带单位长度的发热量恒定,使用的电热带越长,输出的总功率越大,该电热在现场能按实际需要长度任意剪切此外富有柔软性,可以方便地紧贴管道表面敷设。电热带外层的编织层不仅起着传热和散热作用提高电热带的整体强度,同时还能作为安全接地线。

恒功率电热带与温控器配合使用时,能较精确维持管道内的介质温度。

The constant watt heating cable can set off constant heat. The more the cable, the bigger the heat generated. The cable can be cut in any length when necessary. It can laid-up against the surface of the pipes. The outer braid layer is used for dissipate heat as well as safe ground wire.

If it is used together with temperature controller, the cable can hold the temperature in the pipes precisely.




加强型电热带是在普通电热带外层包覆一层绝缘层,其余结构及原理和普通型电热带相同,加强型电热带较普通电热带防腐能力强,机械强度更高,它更适合于防爆场合的埋敷地下或有腐蚀性气体的场合使用。

The reinforced heating cable is derived from wrapping the insulation layer outside the common heating cable, and  other structure is the same. The reinforced cable has more resistance to erosion, mechanical strength and suitable in anti-explosive place or in erosivegas.


 

 

由于母线截面积有限,为避免太大引起功率下降,每根电热带的使用长度按表1选用;当选用如图3的供电方法时,每个电源点的管线伴热长度为电热带使用长度的两倍。

本电热带适用管道,阀门,泵体的伴热,防冻和保温,或者维持仪表管线的工艺温度,如

1、在正常情况下连续流动的低凝固管线使用,可避免介质因停止流动而凝固。

2、需要严格控制作业温度的液体管线的伴热和保温(须配用温度控制器)。

3、寒冻地区自来水管线及阀门的防冻,排水管,抽水管和冷凝管路的防冻。

4、沿海井台管道的伴热防冻。

5、一般管线仪表管线的伴热保温。

6井口采油树伴热(取代水套炉),污水井伴热。

7、机场跑道防冰雪封冻。

8、混凝土预制件防冻养护。

As the bus line cross section is limited, in order to avoid the decreasing of the capacity, refer to Table 1 to the proper length for each heating cables. If the power supply is as shown in figure3 ,each heating length from each power point is twice the maximum usable length.

The heating cable is used for heating or holding the temperature of pipes, valves and pumps. For example:

1. Applicable on the pipes in which flowing liquid will not become solid due to coolness.

2. Heating and holding the temperature precisely for the liquid pipelines.

3. Avoid freezing of the gape water pipelines, drainage pipes and condensing pipes.

4. Heating and anti-freezing of the sea oil pipelines

5. Holding the temperature of the common pipelines and instrument pipes.

6. Heating the oil well and sewage wells

7. Heating the airport road to avoid ice freezing.

8. Heating the concrete prepared parts.
