Variable watt heating cable
RDL型变功率电热带,其工作原理,产品结构及应用场合与RDP2-J3,RDP3-J3型恒功率电热带相同,所不同的是其绝缘材料采用了耐温高于F46的PFA氟塑料,发热丝采用具有自控温特性的材料,所以它具有正温度特性,即其输出功率随介质温度的升高而降低,其流体维持温度可达180-250℃,该产品可用于二厂一区,二区爆炸气体混合物T3组场所。
Model RDL variable watt heating cable works in the same way as Model RDP2-J3 and RDP3-J3 , except that its insulation is PFA fluroplastic which endures higher temperature than F46 , and the heating fiber is automatic in temperature control . the output watt reduces when the temperature is going up . The liquid temperature is kept at 180-250℃ . That cable is applicable in the area 1 and area 2 where there is explosive gas mixture T3 .
