  • Intended to use with INFICON the discontinued Vacuum Gauge Controller units VGC012 and VGC023 or older Leybold Vacuum Gauge Controller units THERMOVAC™ TM21, THERMOVAC™ TM22 and THERMOVAC™ TM23.
  • INFICON PSG050/ PSG051 are direct replacement sensors for Leybold TR211, TR212, TR 216

  • PSG050:

    Aluminum sensor cell with tungsten filament

    PSG050 1/8" NPT:

    Stainless steel sensor cell with tungsten filament

    PSG051:

    Stainless steel sensor cell with platinum filament and ceramics feedthrough for corrosive processes and high levels of water vapour

     

  • Intended to work with older Passive Gauge Control units VGC012 and VGC023 (INFICON) and THERMOVAC™ TM 21, TM 22, TM 23 (Leybold)
