Palas公司提供的纳米气溶胶发生器按照客户的需求,分为以下型号:
DSP3000
DSP3000是将选定的可燃气体的引燃生成烟灰气溶胶。DSP3000和DSP3000H均可以按要求调整空气与可燃气体比例来调节颗粒粒径和烟灰气溶胶流量。在电脑或笔记本上提供的软件可以快速并且再现性的完成操作参数的设置。伴随达3g/h的烟灰流量,DSP3000是完美满足柴油机烟灰颗粒过滤器(DPF)过滤效率测试的*。DSP3000和DSP3000H均可大值为300mbar的正向压力下正常工作。

GFG3000
用来产生测试或校准气溶胶的气溶胶发生器必须在粒径分布,浓度等参数保持稳定,并且可重复进行参数调整并保持再现性。GFG1000和GFG3000电花发生器可以从纯净石墨中生产具备可调整的粒径分布、类似于柴油机烟灰的测试气溶胶,粒径范围20nm-150nm.,并且大约6mg/h低流量及高再现性。GFG3000内置的流量控制器可以对氩气和稀释气体进行更精确的流量调整。其他用于颗粒生产的材料包括铜(Cu),金(Au),银(Ag)等。
气溶胶发生器是在氩气气氛内通过两个加载高电压的石墨电极用来生成一个跳跃电花,这也是为什么GFG3000气溶胶发生器也被称作“电花发生器”。
