QX系列汽油辛烷值柴油十六烷值测定仪
一、概述:
QX系列汽油辛烷值柴油十六烷值测定仪,分A、B、C、D、E五种型号,A型为汽油辛烷值测定仪、B、C、D型简称为汽柴油两用测定仪、B型为台式结构交流供电、C型为台式结构交直流供电、D型为手持式结构直流供电、E型为柴油十六烷值,显示屏上简称测定仪,B、C、D三款机型功能一致。QX系列测定仪可测航空汽油、车用汽油、调合汽油、乙醇汽油、甲醇汽油、车用柴油。是用于机械化、石油炼化企业、储油和调油单位快速测定汽油辛烷值和柴油十六烷值的仪器。该仪器采用大屏幕显示,背灯亮丽柔和,界面字体清晰,具有:操作简便、测定速度快、精度高、范围广、功能全等特点。本仪器具有四项技术创新:1、数字化技术。抗*力强、变差小、精密度高;再现性,重复性好。2、仪器采用自动赋值标定技术,标定程序简单,方法科学,标定结果准确可靠。3、测定程序采用自动回归技术,以ASTM--CFR试验机测定结果为标准,有针对性的进行回归,提高了测定精度、扩大了测定范围。4、对不同油品通过予先回归可做到一键测定,方便客户使用。四项技术创新:采用了人性化的设计、操作简便、提高了仪器的测定精度,拓展了仪器的使用范围,展现了仪器的实用价值。
二、工作原理:
车用汽油辛烷值测定仪原理是按国标GB/T5487,使用ASTM—CFR试验机实现的,也是*的。它是在严格试验条件下:以具有可变压缩比的标准发动机为手段,以参比燃料为标准相比较测定的。QX系列测定仪是采用测定油品组分综合介电常数的方法测定的。它是以严谨的数学模型为回归的理论基础,以*的电子测量技术为手段,以CFR试验机测定结果为标准,有针对性的进行回归,有针对性的测定以保证测定精度,突破了非物理量无法量值传递的难题,相当于CFR试验机对QX系列测定仪的量值传递,实现了与相关国标接轨。
仪器由微电脑和传感器组成。传感器采集到的信号,传输到微电脑输入端经CPU处理后显示测定结果。屏幕显示(研究法、马达法、抗爆指数),并可存储、读取、浏览、打印。

I. Overview:

QX series of measuring instrument can be measured aviation gasoline, motor gasoline, blending gasoline, ethanol gasoline, methanol gasoline, automotive diesel. Is used for mechanized units, oil refining enterprises, oil storage and oil units for rapid determination of gasoline octane number and diesel cetane number of special equipment. The instrument uses large-screen display, bright and soft backlight, the interface font clear, with: simple, fast measurement, high precision, wide range, full-featured features. The instrument has four technical innovations: 1, digital technology. Anti-interference ability, small variation, high precision; reproducibility, good repeatability. 2, the instrument uses automatic assignment calibration technology, calibration procedure is simple, scientific method, the calibration results accurate and reliable. 3. The automatic regression technique was used to determine the result, and the results were calibrated by ASTM - CFR testing machine. The precision was improved and the measuring range was enlarged. 4, the return of different oils can be achieved through a pre-determination, to facilitate customer use. Four technical innovations: the use of a human design, easy operation and improve the measurement accuracy of the instrument, expanding the use of the instrument, showing the practical value of the instrument.
Second, the working principle: motor gasoline octane number tester is based on national standard GB / T5487, using ASTM-CFR test machine to achieve, but also internationally recognized. It is measured under strict test conditions by means of a standard engine with a variable compression ratio as compared to a reference fuel. QX series of measuring instrument is the use of the determination of oil components of the integrated dielectric constant of the method of determination.
