PWRW33400型柴油总污染物含量测定仪
本仪器按照GB/T33400测定中间馏分油，柴油及脂肪酸甲酯中总污染物含量的试验方法制造，适用于测定中间馏分油，柴油及脂肪酸甲酯中总污染物含量的试验。
方法概要
称量一定量的试样，在真空条件下用预先称量的滤膜过滤，将有残留物的滤膜洗涤，干燥并称重。用滤膜的质量差计算总污染物含量。
适用于20℃运动黏度不大于8 mm2/s，或40℃运动黏度不大于5 mm2/s的样品的污染含量。粘度过大需要将已经称重的样品用溶剂进行稀释。

This instrument is manufactured according to the test method for determining the total pollutant content in middle distillate oil, diesel oil and fatty acid methyl ester in GB / T33400, and is suitable for the test for determining the total pollutant content in middle distillate oil, diesel oil and fatty acid methyl ester.
Method summary
Weigh a certain amount of sample, filter with a pre-weighed filter membrane under vacuum, wash the filter membrane with residue, dry and weigh it. The quality of the filter membrane is used to calculate the total pollutant content.
It is suitable for the pollution content of samples with a kinematic viscosity of 20 ℃ not more than 8 mm2 / s, or a kinematic viscosity of 40 ℃ not more than 5 mm2 / s. If the viscosity is too high, the already weighed sample needs to be diluted with a solvent.
