PSP106型色谱仪符合GB/T13610-2003《天然气的组成分析气相色谱法》广泛应用于燃气具生产企业、燃气计量检测部门、科研、环保和配气等行业。
天然气是由多种组分构成的混合物。天然气的组成是指天然气中所含的组分及其在可检测范围内的相应含量。在检测时通常所指的组成是指天然气中甲烷、乙烷等烃类组分和N2、CO2等常见的非烃组分的含量。尽管天然气还含有如硫化物、水等杂质,但如果不特别说明,在组成分析时并不检测这些组分。在商品天然气的组分分析中,由于组分相对稳定,只要求对Cl至C6的烃类组分进行简单分析(也称常规分析)。
目前,我国针对天然气组分分析的气相色谱法,制定的标准《GB/T13610一2003天然气的组成分析一气相色谱法》采用外标法,检测器使用热导检测器(TCD)。我们需要通过气相色谱仪分析天然气的组分,并根据组分来计算其密度,压缩因子,发热量等。
