概述
1.适用范围
PHF101型润滑油灰分测定仪是我公司自主研发的新一代智能产品。能严格按照国标GB/T508有关规定,自动完成慢灰、快灰、粘结指数、挥发份等测定。还可以适用于其他行业中对被测物品进行定点恒温、定时加热等一系列的加热、灼烧或干燥处理。该仪器具有测量控制精度高、效率高(节能)、性能稳定可靠、操作方便、自动化程度高等特点。因此,广泛用于煤炭、焦化、电力、冶金、石油、化工等行业和科研部门。
2.主要功能及特点
具有传统控制仪所具备的慢灰、快灰、挥发、粘结等工业分析的测试程序外,还增加了一个强大的自定义设定程序(简称:自选),自选设定程序可以设置50个独立程序,而且每个独立程序可以设置不同恒温点和恒温时间。功能强大,兼容性好,能满足多行业需求。
挥发份实验时,3分钟恢复900±10℃效果,恢复温度的真实性和实验结果数据的准确度是该产品控温效果的大特色。
设备采用PID算法和模糊控制技术,自动校正测量温度,自动移相触发可控硅导通角,控制加热功率。
操作平台应用 "按键"方式,使实验操作更加可靠、灵活、方便。
显示采用汉显液晶显示器,显示信息量非常丰富、直观、清晰

2. Main functions and features
In addition to the test procedures for industrial analysis such as slow gray, fast ash, volatilization, and stickiness that are provided by conventional controllers, a powerful custom setting program (abbreviation: self-selection) has been added, and the self-selection program can be set to 50. Independent program, and each individual program can set different constant temperature and constant temperature time. Powerful, good compatibility, can meet the needs of multiple industries.
