台盼蓝染色液(0.4%)，或称台盼兰、锥虫蓝、曲利苯蓝，英文名 Trypan Blue，常用于检测细胞膜的完整性。还常用于检测细胞是否存活。台盼蓝可被巨噬细胞吞噬，故可用于巨噬细胞的活体染色剂。

1、染色时间不能太长，否则活细胞也会逐渐积累染料而染成颜色，使监测结果偏低。
2、另可结合细胞计数方法，同时进行细胞计数和活力检测。
3、有潜在致癌危险，为了您的安全和健康，请穿实验服并戴一次性手套操作。

保存条件  Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.
