根据电压波形选择不同型号，主要功能差异如下：

1、NAFRC交直流分压器适用于测量精度低于0.5%的工频交流高压或0-300Hz高压电压、直流准确度低于0.5%的直流测量。如全国各省、市级*、发电站、各种电力安装公司或各种大型用电企业电力检修单位等。

2、NAPD直流标准分压器适用于测量精度要求为0.2%、0.1%或0.05%的直流电压精密测量的场合。如全国各省、市级中试所或电力计量站或科研院所等。

3、NAPA交流标准分压器适用于测量精度要求为0.2%、0.1%、0.05%，频率为30-300Hz的交流电压精密测量的场合。如全国各种电缆生产企业对高压电缆做介质损耗试验或全国各省、市级中试所或电力计量站或科研院所当工频标准使用，测量30-300Hz的交流高压等。

4、NAVC超高压探头测量频率高达20MHz以上，直流测量准确度<0.1%，10Hz-1MHz脉冲高压测量精度<1.0%,1MHz以上测量精度<3%。与示波器配合使用，能测量各种电压波形，适用于对各种高压断路器、高频高压直流电源、粒子加速器或各种高压的高频特性进行分析。

5、NAPR脉冲分压器适用于各种标准雷电波的测量，响应时间小于100ns。
