The needle flame test is carried out on plastic materials to
verify their fire resistance. A gas burner produces a small
flame that is applied to the test sample to see if it ignites.
The model 6500 is an automatic version of the 4500 needle
flame tester.

• Stainless steel needle burner with inside Ø 0.5 mm
• Automatic device for movement of needle
• Smoke/fume exhaust Ø 100 mm incorporated in chamber (with
exhaust ducting)
