A. Overview

Theface mask gas exchange pressure difference detector is based on the standardYY0469-2011: "surgical mask". The detector uses a pressure differencesensor to test the pressure difference between the internal pressure and theexternal pressure of the test sample. The detector is equipped with a specializedfixture to achieve the air tightness. It is mainly used for the measurement ofthe gas exchange pressure difference of surgical masks or mask fabrics, and canalso be used to determine the gas exchange pressure difference of other textilematerials.

B. Testing Principles:

Avacuum pump is implemented to imitate the power source of the testing. Usingfixtures to test the internal and external pressure of face masks by a built-insensor. The all-in-one chassis adopts a built-in vacuum pump and digitaldisplay meter to achieve automatic pressure detection and display.
