三..热电制冷控制器
VIGO的PTCC-01系列制冷控制器可以驱动2级、3级、4级TE制冷器并控制探测器的工作温度,使探测器温度稳定在195K(-78℃, 4级)、210K(-63℃,2级)、230K(-43℃,2级),有效地提高红外探测器的性能和稳定性,良好的温度稳定性可保证探测器的性能不受外界环境的影响。PTCC-01可适用VIGO生产的所有TE制冷红外探测器。PTCC-01 具有高效率、低噪声、小体积的特点。PTCC-01 控制器还包括一个内置的极低噪声电源系统,可提供前置放大器和探测器偏置所需的超低噪声工作电压。
