Drycap®传感器性能
以微处理器为基础的DMT242采用了申请的聚酯薄膜传感器Drycap®和自动校准软件等*技术，是干燥环境测量的理想仪表。此外它还防冷凝、抗灰尘颗粒、不受油气和大多数化学气体的影响。由于抗冷凝，DMT242传感器不怕水溅，特别适合经常停车、开车管线中测量低温露点。
在线测量中自动校准软件自动修正测量曲线干端的漂移，通过定期自恢复功能保持湿端的稳定，从而保证测量曲线与理论曲线相拟合。同时保证了DMT242成为一个*水平的产品，且日常维护量zui小。
这种露点仪可以送到维萨拉公司服务部门进行标准校验、标定。校准周期视使用情况而定，一般建议两年一次。
小巧智能
DMT242变送器小巧耐用，专门设计适合恶劣环境中使用，如防尘、防污、防水等。外壳的防护等级为IP65，且能直接安装在压力20Bar的系统中。
供电和输出信号线连接到具有IP65防护等级的螺丝接口上，另一个独立的串行输出口可在维护时使用。
