HMD60/70管道式温湿度变送器主要用于暖通空调系统中闭环控制，这种闭环控制一般需要准确、可靠地测量和控制相对湿度和温度。它们还可被用于许多工业环境中对湿度的监控中，工业环境对仪表在化学气体和灰尘中的稳定性和抗干扰性有*的要求。
HMD60/70变送器有两种规格供选用：U型只测量湿度，Y型可同时测量温度和湿度。

采用了HUMICAP®传感器，这种传感器具有较高的精度、良好的*稳定性、滞后小、不宜受灰尘、绝大多数化学气体等环境因素的影响等特点。
快速方便地现场校准
在生产现场要得到满意的仪表精度，只需要利用湿度手持表HMI41的表头上的校准功能，在加上一个电位计，就可以在数秒中内完成调校工作而不干扰正常的操作。这就意味者节省了大量的维护时间和费用。
如果需要更高精度的校准，变送器中的电子部件和传感器可以很方便地从表体中拆卸下来，把它们运到实验室或其它地方进行标定，而不用表体的拆卸和安装。
