CDG-6000A Fluorescent Magnetic Particle Detector: It is an electromechanical separated magnetic particle detector. It consists of a control system, a power supply system, a circumferential magnetization system, a longitudinal magnetization system, a magnetic suspension spray recovery system, a fluorescence system, a rotation observation system, a system and the like. The wet magnetic particle method is specially used to check the cracks and minor defects on the surface and near the surface of the workpiece.
