设备系机电分立式结构，将荧光磁粉探伤系统，设计成固定式、分立型、微机控制、自动对中、各系统模块化。由电源控制系统、对中机构、喷淋磁化系统、磁悬液喷淋回收系统、荧光系统、下料系统等组成。专门以湿式磁粉法探伤检测直径为200-650mm，高度为800范围内齿轮和环形件因加工等各方面原因引起的表面和近表面的裂纹和细微缺陷。

The equipment is of electromechanical discrete structure. The fluorescent magnetic particle inspection system is designed as fixed type, discrete type, microcomputer control, automatic centering and modularization of each system. It consists of a power supply control system, a centering mechanism, a spraying magnetization system, a magnetic suspension spraying recovery system, a fluorescence system, a blanking system and the like. The wet magnetic particle method is specially used to detect surface and near-surface cracks and minor defects of gears and ring members with diameters of 200-650mm and heights of 800 due to processing and other reasons.
