YI、TCFS-8型弯折仪概括：TCFS-8型弯折仪根据12953，GB/18173 GB/T328之规范设计制作。用于防水卷材与防水涂料的低温弯折试验。
二、TCFS-8型弯折仪试验方法：1、按GB12953的图1表4裁取试件，将试件的迎水面朝外，弯曲180度，使50mm宽的边缘重合;齐平；并固定。将弯折仪上下平板距离调节为卷材厚度的3倍。
2、仪器翻开，把两块试件平放在下平板上，重合的*边朝向转轴，且据转轴20mm。在设定温度下将弯折仪与试件*起放入低温箱中，达到规定温度后在此温度下放置1h。然后在标准温度下将上平板1s内压下，达到所调间距位置，在此位置保持1s后将试件取出。恢复到室温后观察弯折处是否断裂，或用6倍大放大镜观察试件弯折处有无裂纹。
三、TCFS-8型弯折仪高分子防水涂料：将试件在标准条件下放置2h后弯曲180度，使25mm宽的边缘对齐，用订书机将边缘外固定，调整弯折仪的上平板与下平板的距离为试件厚度的3倍，然后将试件放在弯折仪的下平板上，试件重叠的*边朝向弯折机轴。据转轴中心约25mm 的弯折仪放入低温箱中，再规定温度下保持2后打开低温箱，在1内将上平板压下，保持1出试件并用8倍放大镜观察试件。
