Instructions for Imported Polypropylene Corrosion Resistant Pump:

Pump installation 1. Polypropylene corrosion-resistant pump and motor are installed and delivered by Zeus Pump. As long as the pump is placed horizontally, the inlet and outlet pipes are connected and the power cord is connected. (Note that the rotation direction of the motor should be consistent with the direction of the running arrow of the pump) 2. The pump body is made of polypropylene, which is less rigid than the metal, so the weight of the pipeline cannot be directly pressed on the pump body. The suction pipeline should be as short and straight as possible. If the outlet pipeline is too heavy, it should be supported by another bracket to extend its life. 3. All joints must be sealed to prevent air and liquid leakage from affecting the working performance of the pump. Pump assembly 1. The assembly sequence is opposite to the disassembly sequence. 2. Wipe the end faces of rotating and stationary rings with soft cleaning cloth and drip lubricating oil. 3. Check whether the impeller is aligned with the center of the flow passage. Disassembly of FP pump 1. Unscrew the connecting bolts between the bearing seat and the base plate to separate the pump head from the motor. 2. Unscrew the connecting bolts between the pump housing and the bearing pedestal, and remove the pump housing. 3. Loosen the hexagon socket fastening screws of the mechanical seal moving ring. 4. Screw off the shaft nut, tap the shaft screw with a wooden hammer, and remove the impeller after it is loose. The imported DN25, 40 and 50 pumps can be taken down only by loosening the two fastening bolts on the impeller shaft. 5. Remove the movable ring and stationary ring assembly from the impeller shaft, unscrew the connecting bolts between the rear cover and the stationary ring gland, and take out the stationary ring
