一、电气绝缘检测移动式SF6气体回收充气试验设备用途

NALH型移动式SF6气体回收充气装置主要用于SF6电器开关制造厂、研究所、试验站、铁路和钢铁冶炼、发电厂、送变电工程公司、超高压输变电站等供配电部门对GIS SF6开关电器进行抽真空、充气、回收净化SF6气体及液化罐装贮存SF6气体。也可用于SF6开关电器产品在安装、调试及检修时使用的辅助设备,除去超标的水分、油份、尘埃等杂质,提升其绝缘性能。SF6气体回收装置的工作原理是用于主机将设备气室内的SF6气体抽出并压缩至临界压力,使其成为液体后存入贮罐中贮存。在开关室需要时,将贮罐中的气体回充到设备室内。其中还含有干燥系统、净化系统,保证回收的SF6气体中的含水量、含油量及杂质达到国家标准。同时还含有抽真空系统,保证设备中尽量不混入空气和杂质,也可用于别的气体的使用。

二、装置主要性能标

1、抽真空速率

在初压力为0.1 Mpa终压力小于133 pa条件下,抽真空速率为小于10m3/ h 、5m3/ h。

2、充气速率

在初压力小于133pa终压力达0.8Mpa条件下,充气速率为小于10m3/ h 、5 m3/ h。

3、回收速率

在初压力为0.8Mpa终压力小于100pa条件下,回收速率为2m3/h。

4、净化SF6气体纯度(质量控制):回收后SF6气体的微量水份(气体湿度)小于50PPMm/V(体积比),油份小于10PPMm/G(重量比),尘埃粒径小于20µm。

5、净化SF6气体温度控制:

制冷机温度设定为0℃-20℃储液罐加热温度设定温度为100℃,活化分子筛加热温度设定为400℃。

6、 装置的真空度保持:在133Pa压力下保持24h,真空度上升小于400Pa。
7、净化SF6气体湿度控制:当气源的六氟化硫气体湿度为:≥1000μL/L时,经一次回收后的气体湿度应低于: <80μL/L。

8、zui高储气压力:<4.0Mpa。

9、装置平均*时间≥1000h。

10、累积*运行时间≥5000h。
