Use

　　CZQ-6000E型微机控制荧光磁粉探伤机，是固定式交直流多功能半自动湿法荧光磁粉探伤设备。它根据磁化原理设计,按JB/T8290-2011《磁粉探伤机》标准要求制造。

　　本机适用于机械、汽车、航空、内燃机、铁道等行业对轴类、齿轮类、盘套类等铁磁性材料制成的零件表面及近表面无损检验。能发现零件表面及近表面因铸造、锻压、焊接、拉伸、淬火、研磨、疲劳而产生的裂痕以及夹渣等极细微的缺陷。

二、设备的主要技术指标

1、三相全波直流电流：DC 6000A 连续可调，电流可预选，数字显示，误差≤±5%；

2、交流磁化电流：AC 6000A （误差≤±5%）连续可调，带断电相位控制功能；

5、直流超低频退磁电流：DC 6000A- 0，电流可预选，电流由预选值自动衰减到零；

6、交流衰减退磁电流：AC 6000A-0电流可预选，电流由预选值自动衰减到零；

7、直流退磁电流频率分五挡：（1） 3.12Hz 、（2） 2.34Hz 、（3）1.56Hz 、（4） 0.78Hz、（5） 0.39Hz；

8、退磁效果：退磁后剩磁≤0.3mT；
