l、该仪器是我厂参照了国外的紫外线仪器,并广泛征集了广大用户的建议后,精心设计制造的新一代小型暗箱式紫外分析仪。它采用全封闭设计,样品室采用开启式,并有透明玻璃的观察窗。使用该仪器时,可预防紫外线对使用人员的伤害。本仪器采用2支8W254nm和2支8W 365nm的紫外灯管,紫外滤光片的面积为150mm×70mm,使用时可单独使用短波波长或长波波长,或者同时使用两个波长,本仪器特点是全封闭设计,可随开随用,电耗功率小。在科学实验中,它可以检测如蛋白质、核苷酸等的必要仪器。在药物生产和研究中,可用来检查激素生物碱,维生素等各种能产生荧光药品质量,它特别适宜作薄层分析和纸层分析斑点和检测。在纺织化纤行业中,可测定不同种类的原材料和成品的质量,在食品部门,可检测huang曲霉素等毒素,本仪器如需要用荧光分析和检测的部门都可以使用。
