PRISMA900pneumatic actuator are designed according to ISO 2011-VDI/VDE 3845(NAMUR)norms and are Manufactured in Five Versions:

PRISMA 气动执行器根据ISO 5211和VDI/VDE 3845(NAMUR)标准设计而成，分以下五大系列:

PA,P-Construction In Aluminum Cataforesis Rilsan

   铝制，电解阳极氧化和RILSAN丽绚粉末涂层

PP-Construction In Polyamide.

   工业塑料聚酰胺材质

PI-Construction in Stainless Steel AISI-316

   不锈钢AISI-316材质

PH-Construction in Aluminum P.T.F.E.for high temperatures

   铝制覆P.T.F.E.涂层，适用于高温环境

PG-Construction in Aluminum Cataforesis Rillan,turn of 1800

-Double acting:

Pressurized air through channel A”(NO,2,according to ISO-5559-2,POSITION1)

Displaces two opposite pistons to the end of the cylinder, transmitting by the RACK-PINION system a 90 0turn to the shaft of the actuator, provoking its OPENING,Pressurized air intirduced through channel “B”(NO.4,according to ISO-5559-2,POSITION2)reverses the movement of the two pistons,placing them to their initial position(CLOSED).

-双作用

加压的气体通过讲气路A（标号2，根据ISO-5559-2，位置1）进入，推动两个相对的活塞到达气缸左右两端，利用齿轮齿条系统使执行器轴旋转900，使其开启。

加压的气体通过气路B（标号4，根据ISO-5559-2，位置2）进入，推动活塞进行反向运动，回到其初始状态（关闭）。

-Spring return:

These models contain compressed springs,situated between the capes and the pistons,The pressure made by these springs keep the pistons in POSITION2(CLOSED).Introduction of air to channel “A”（NO.2，according to ISO-559-2）

Displaces the two pistons to the ends,pressing the springs even further to POSITION 1.When the air pressure ceases,spring push the pistons to their initial position (CLOSED)Depending on the position which the actuator is mounted onto the valve,we will obtain that it works NORMALLY OPEN(N.A)or NORMALLY CLOSED(N,C.).

-单作用（弹簧复位）

这一系列执行器内置弹簧，至于端盖和活塞之间，弹簧的弹力使活塞处于位置2（关闭）转台。加压的气体通过气路A(标号2，根据ISO-5559-2，WEIZHI 1)进入，推动两个相对的活塞到达气缸作用两端，从而推动弹簧到达位置1（开启）。在失气的情况下，弹簧的弹力推动活塞回到初始状态（关闭）。根据执行器安装在阀门的位置的不同，可以达到常开（N.A）或常闭（N.C）的工作状态。

1. 客户自行拆机或撕毁，涂改机身所贴的易碎保修标贴，则视为主动放弃保修权利

2. 包修，包换期内发生商品外观磨损及附属配件缺少的

3. 非承担保修责任的第三方拆动，改装，改版造成损坏的

4. 由于人为原因造成的机器损坏，外力碰撞，坠落，等其他原因造成的个人失误
