REXROTH柱塞泵:斜轴式的斜盘轴线与传动轴轴线是*的。它是由于柱塞缸体相对传动轴倾斜一角度而使柱塞作往复运动。流量调节依靠摆动柱塞缸体的角度来实现,故有的又称摆缸式。它与斜盘式相比,工作可靠,流量大,但结构复杂。 轴向柱塞泵与径向柱塞泵比较,排出压力高,它一般可在20~50MPa范围内工作,效率也高,径向尺寸小、结构紧凑、体积小、重量轻。但结构较径向柱塞泵复杂,加工制造要求高,价格较贵。 为了提高效率,在应轴向柱塞泵一般都由缸体、配油盘、柱塞和斜盘等主要零件组成。缸体内有多个柱塞,柱塞是轴向排列的,即柱塞的中心线平行于传动轴的轴线,因此称它为轴向柱塞泵。但它又不同于往复式柱塞泵,因为它的柱塞不仅在泵缸内做往复运动,而且柱塞和泵缸与斜盘相对有旋转运动。柱塞以一球形端头与斜盘接触。在配油盘上有高低压月形沟槽,它们彼此由隔墙隔开,保证一定的密封性,它们分别与泵的进油口和出油口连通。斜盘的轴线与缸体轴线之间有一倾斜角度。
