一.适用范围Applicable scope：

两种方法，即方法A和方法B。是通过测量粉末或粒状塑料流出漏斗的时间来测定其流动性。由方法A可获得与加工性能相关的信息，而方法B则是专为生产期间过程控制而设计的，PVC树脂

二.参照标准standard：

GB∕T21060-2007《塑料 流动性的测定》，；ISO 6186-1998《塑料 流动性的测定》

三.测量原理principle：以已知质量或体积的试样流出规定尺寸的漏斗所用的时间来表示.

Indicateby the needed time which a certain mass or volume of sample outflow theprescribed dimensions funnel.

四.参数资料

漏斗：漏斗带有可转换接口，不锈钢材质，内壁抛光处理；漏斗出口带控制阀门，漏斗配置接地线.

Funnel:funnel with convertible interface, stainless steel, inner wall with polishingtreatment. Funnel outlet with control valve, Funnel has grounding wire toeliminate the impact of static electricity on the test results.

漏斗上口径为：110mm；出口孔径分别为：10±0.05mm,高度为：140mm；15±0.05mm, 高度为：133mm；25±0.05mm，高度为：120mm三种规格，角度40度；

参照标准要求如果测试的试料流动性比较差，不流动或根本流不动时，因而更换口径的漏斗试验，并在试验报告中注明。

Theupper opening diameter of the funnel: 110mm. The  outlet diameter respectively: 10±0.05mm,height: 140mm.15±0.05mm,height: 133mm. 25±0.05mm，height：120mm in three specifications. Angle is40 degrees. According to the standard requirements if the liquidity of the testsample is poor, unable to flow completely or not at all, therefore the diameterof funnel is changed in test, and indicated in the test report.

五.本仪器配置试验支架用于支持漏斗的稳定性

Thisinstrument is equipped with bracket which use for support the stability offunnel.
