Gravity是在NUCLEODUR超纯硅胶基础上,采用 18%高碳载量和多步交联键合技术。特别适合强碱性样品的分析,而且能在PH=1.0—11.0范围内稳定使用。产品应用:

图一是NUCLEODUR(闪电) C18 Gravity与其他4个品牌新型反相C18色谱柱稳定性的比较。在PH=11的流动条件下,连续300次进样后,NUCLEODUR(闪电) C18 Gravity没有出现因柱效下降,造成的出峰展宽或保留时间缩短的现象。 图二是 NUCLEODUR(闪电) C18 Gravity系列反相色谱柱在低PH条件下优异的稳定性。由于硅胶表面特别稳定的键合,有效防止了键合相在低PH时的脱落,即使经过在5000ml的PH=1.5流动相冲洗后,3种被测样品的保留时间没有变化。 所以在NUCLEODUR(闪电) C18 Gravity系列可以在PH=1.0—11.0之间稳定使用,是您研究开发特别条件应用的好帮手。 |
