A new attenuator design for the 818 series detectors is implemented! The 10 mm clear aperture with the cross hair will improve the detector alignment to the input optical beam more accurately and help avoid detector overfilling.
The 818-IG/CM Low-Power Indium Gallium Arsenide (InGaAs)Photoetector is supplied with a NIST traced calibration report that details individual detector responsivity over the 800 to 1650 nm wavelength range. This model includes a BNC/8-pin mini-DIN calibration module that provides compatibility with legacy Newport power meters such as 1835/2835-C. The adapter contains the detector calibration data, model number, serial number and calibration date for seamless operation with a Newport legacy power meter. Also available are a variety of accessories such as collimating lens assemblies, fiber optic adapters, and a bare fiber adapter, and a 1 inch optic holder.
