主要用途
本机可对各种金属、非金属及复合材料进行力学性能测试和分析研究,广泛应用于、石油化工、机械制造、塑料橡胶、陶瓷建材、金属材料、建筑工程等行业,以及高等院校、科研机构、技术监督、质检站所等部门。
可根据GB/ISO/ASTM/JIS/DIN等标准选配不同附具后可进行拉伸、压缩、弯曲、剥离、剪切、撕裂、刺破、顶破及各种高低温试验,可检测材料的屈服强度、抗拉(压、弯)强度、延伸率等参数。
主机结构                     
该机采用单臂式结构,主机部分由立柱、上横梁、中横梁、工作台组成,调速系统安装在工作台下部,由调速精度高、范围宽、性能稳定的伺服电机通过同步齿形带减速系统带动滚珠丝杠副旋转,滚珠丝杠副驱动中横梁,带动拉伸附具(或压缩、弯曲附具)上下移动,实现试样的加荷和卸载。该结构具有高刚度、高效率、传动稳定等优点。
综合性测试平台
微型计算机硬件平台,准确实时采集处理数据,测控界面温和、直观层次分明清晰、操作简单等特点。
试验力测量:
负荷测量:选用高精度轮辐式负荷传感器,配以高性能的测量放大系统,保证了试验力的高分辨率。可根据用户需求配置多个传感器,实现试验力宽范围的测量。
位移测量:采用2000P/R高精度光电编码器与精密丝杠同轴转动,通过数字电路实现衡量位动力控制系统
采用全数字伺服控制器,控制高性能的伺服电机驱动同步齿形带,带动两对高精度无间隙的精密丝杠传动,具有加载平稳、低速性能好、无间隙、传动效率高、噪音低、传动平稳的特点。
变形测量系统
可根据试验标准的要求来选配大变形测量系统
保护装置

Main use

The machine for various metals, non-metallic and composite material mechanics performance testing and analysis, is widely applied in, petrochemical industry, machinery manufacturing, plastics, rubber, ceramic building materials, metal materials, construction and other industries, and institutions of higher learning, scientific research institutions, technical supervision, ZhiJianZhan departments and so on.

According to GB/ISO/ASTM, JIS, DIN standard, such as matching different affix can be carried out after tensile, compression, bending, peel, cut, torn, punctured, bursting and various high and low temperature test, to test the material yield strength, tensile, compression, bending) strength, elongation and other parameters.

Host structure

This machine adopts single arm type structure, the host part by in the beams, columns, beams, workbench, speed control system installed at the bottom of the workbench, by high speed control precision, wide range, stable performance of the servo motor through the synchronous cog belt deceleration system drives the ball screw vice rotation, beam in the ball screw pair drive, drive stogether tensile stogether (or compression, bend) to move up and down, sample loading and unloading. This structure has the advantages of high rigidity, high efficiency, stable transmission.

Test force measurements:

Load measurement: choose high precision hub-and-spoke load sensor, amplifier system with high performance measurement, to ensure the high resolution of the test force. Can configure multiple sensors based on user demand, realize the wide range of measurement test force.

High precision displacement measurement: use 2000 p/R photoelectric encoder and precision screw coaxial rotation, to measure a dynamic control system was achieved by digital circuits
