1. 可靠的密封压盖螺母锁定装置,保证阀门在非正常工作下的安全运行。
2. 便于架装的安装孔设计,同时提供便于盘装的穿板螺母设计。
3. 密封填料函螺母通过支撑垫圈挤压填料,延长填料的寿命。
4. 非旋转阀芯设计,防止阀芯与阀座接触时密封面产生擦伤和划痕。
5. 填料函被设计在阀体内部,通过密封压盖压紧密封,与其它阀门设计相比减少了泄漏机会。
6. 阀门阀体是对整根金属锻件冷加工而成,使阀体金相结构更加紧密,更能满 足高温、高压的要求,且安全系数更高。
7. 专门设计提供了在现场运行维护中检测外泄漏的结构。
8. 阀门的阀杆操作螺纹经滚压成型,与之相配的填料压盖螺母是经特殊热处理的。硬度高、耐磨,且摩擦系数小。填料函及阀芯腔体是经一次加工而成,使阀杆旋转更加灵活,不卡涩。
