1.概述(Overview)
微机消弧装置将微机技术用于电网电压监测报警和远程遥信,利用计算机快速、准确的数据处理能力实现故障报警等功能。通过对系统电压采集,准确的辨别出:金属接地故障、弧光接地、断线故障,铁磁谐振等。

本装置对电力系统的运行故障均准确判断,动作迅速,较完善地实现了监测保护等功能,并能实时记录发生的故障以及故障发生的时间。本装置可广泛应用于发电厂、变电站及钢铁、煤炭、石油化工等大型厂矿企业的电力系统。
The unit of the electricity system in operation are accurate, quick, and better for the monitoring of the protection, and features, and real-time record of fault and failure occurred at a time. 3.信号灯及按键说明:(Light and press the key description)
u运行:正常运行指示灯,闪烁频率1Hz;
Running: Running lights, flashing frequency 1 Hz;
u报警:故障指示,系统正常运行后熄灭;
WARNING:failure indications, the system up and running off.
u通讯:远方遥信,指示灯闪烁;
Communications: from far away, light is blinking.
u +、-、↑、↓:菜单选择和参数调整按键;
+,-, ↑, And ↓: menu selection and parameter adjustment keys;
u确认:进入下级菜单和确认参数设定按键;
Confirmation: Enter the sub-menu and confirm Parameter Set key.

4.工作原理(Working principle)
微机消弧装置是基于电压互感器提供的电压信号而设计的产品。装置总体结构如下图所示:主要由微机处理单元模块、信号采集模块、键盘控制模块、装置电源模块、液晶显示模块、报警信号模块和通讯单元模块构成。
Micro-arc unit is based on voltage transformer for Voltage Signal and design of the product. Unit overall structure is shown in the following figure: the micro-processing unit modules, Signal Acquisition Module , keyboard control module, power the unit module, LCD display module, alarm signal modules and communications modules.
二、操作说明 (operating instructions)
设备在到达现场后,行装置试验,电源要求为直流220V±10%。在送电前需检测电源的极性是否正确。

1.通电开机后液晶屏显示:(power up after power on LCD display)
2.显示界面:(Display Interface)
当装置上电后,将显示系统运行电压和当前时间。可以通过方向按键来进行显示界面切换。
When the unit is powered, the system operating voltage and current time. You can press key to display an Interface to switch.

3.按下“确认”按键进入主菜单界面:(Press the "confirm" key to enter the main menu interface:)
通过“↑↓”按键选择操作项目,选定项为反色显示。按下“确认”可进入要操作的子菜单界面。主菜单共有6项。

4.故障记录(Fault History)
通过“↑↓”按键查询最近10次故障的历史记录。按下“取消”返回主菜单界面,按“-”键清除存储器记录。

5.时间设定(Time setting)
通过按“↑↓”按键选择修改时间参数(选中项反色显示),“+,-”按键来修改时间,“确认”按键保存新设置的时间,“取消”按键不保存新设置的时间并返回主菜单。

6.通讯设置(Communications settings)
通过按“↑↓”按键选择修改参数项(选中项反色显示),“+,-”按键来修改对应的参数,“确认”按键保存新设置的参数,“取消”按键不保存新设置的站号并返回主菜单。

7.参数设置(Parameter settings)

1. 海拔高度:小于2000m,特殊情况下可达4000m;

5. 安装地点具有防风、防雨和防尘设施。

六.通讯规约 Communications statute
MODBUS(RTU模式)通讯规约,采用RS-485, 波特率为9600BPS,1位起始位,8位数据位,无校验,1位停止位,共10位。装置出厂时站址和通讯波特率已设好了,站址为01。CRC校验权值为CRC-16=X16+X15+X5+1 主站询问下行报文格式:
MODBUS (RTU mode) communication protocol, RS-485, baud rate 9600BPS,1 the start bit, 8 data bits, no parity, 1 stop bit, and a total of 10. Appliance factory sites and communication baud rate is set, site is 01. CRC checking weight CRC-16=X16+X15+X5+1 main site then ask for downlink message format:
