The SHO-RFPV2 and SHO-LFPV2 (right and left forearm phantoms) are homogenous generic forearm phantoms for electromagnetic evaluations wireless wrist-worn devices. Together with SHO-hand phantoms,they provide accurate radiation pattern or total radiated power testing of smart watches and other handheld and wrist-mounted transmitters/receivers.
Thoroughly designed fixture/positioners and spacers are available to enable precise and repeatable positioning of the device on the forearm and the forearm relative to the measurement setup. The forearm dimensions are based on human factor studies and anthropometric research and material properties are compliant with the CTIA Test Plan for Wireless Device Over-the-Air Performance, Revision 3.x.
