一.              执行标准:MT386-1995及Q/TY1003-2009。
二.              电缆型号及名称:
MKVV—煤矿用聚氯乙烯绝缘聚氯乙烯护套控制电缆;
MKVVP—煤矿用聚氯乙烯绝缘聚氯乙烯护套编织屏蔽控制电缆;
MKVV22—煤矿用聚氯乙烯绝缘聚氯乙烯护套钢带铠装控制电缆;
MKVV32—煤矿用聚氯乙烯绝缘聚氯乙烯护套细钢丝铠装控制电缆;
MKVVR—煤矿用聚氯乙烯绝缘聚氯乙烯护套控制软电缆;
MKVVRP—煤矿用聚氯乙烯绝缘聚氯乙烯护套编织屏蔽控制软电缆。
三.              电缆用途:
MKVV—敷设在室内,电缆沟,管道等固定场合;
MKVVP—敷设在室内,电缆沟,管道等要求屏蔽的固定场合;
MKVV22—敷设在室内,电缆沟,管道,直埋等能承受较大机械外力等固定场合。
MKVV32—敷设在室内,电缆沟,管道,竖井等能承受较大机械外力等固定场合。
MKVVR—敷设在室内,移动,要求柔软等场合;
MKVVRP—敷设在室内,移动,要求柔软屏蔽等场合;

五.              电缆的工作条件:
1. 电缆额定电压U0/U为450/750V;
2. 电缆长期允许工作温度70℃;
3. 电缆的敷设温度应不低于0℃;
4. 电缆推荐的允许弯曲半径为:MKVV型不小于电缆外径的6倍,有铠装或铜带屏蔽结构的电缆应不小于电缆外径的12倍,有屏蔽结构的软电缆应不小于电缆外径的6倍。
六.              电缆的运输和储存:
        电缆适用于水,陆,空一切运输工具,在运输过程中应注意:
1. 防止水分侵入电缆;
2. 防止严重弯曲及其他机械损伤;
3. 防止高温及阳光下暴晒。
电缆敷设过程中如人为造成质量事故等(如外护层损伤)应立即修复或通知本厂销售科。
