TCSL-23 xenon arc lamp weather resistance test chamber is a xenon lamp as the light source, simulation and strengthen the weatherability to accelerate the light aging test equipment, in order to quickly get the near atmosphere aging test results, used to evaluate the weather resistance of materials. Weatherability test is an important means of selecting formula and optimizing product composition in the process of scientific research and production. It is also an important content of product quality inspection. Application materials such as coatings, plastics and other product standards require weatherability test.

The main factors causing the aging of materials are sunlight and moisture. The weather chamber can simulate the damage caused by sunlight, rain and dew. The weather test chamber uses xenon lamp to simulate the effect of sunlight, and uses condensing moisture to simulate rain and dew. The tested material is placed in a cycle of alternating light and moisture at a certain temperature for testing. In a few days or weeks, the hazards that can occur outdoors for months or even years can be reproduced. Manual accelerated aging test data can help select new materials, modify existing materials, and evaluate how changes in formula affect product durability.

Air-cooled xenon lamp weather resistant test chamber adopts long shaft fan motor, high and low temperature resistant stainless steel multi-ji impeller, to achieve intensity convection vertical diffusion circulation. High quality fixed PU movable wheel is adopted at the bottom of the machine. The observation window is made of multiple layers of hollow tempered glass.
