A comprehensive range of Stainless Steel (N.A.C.E) precision logic and high pressure spring loaded pressure regulators including the following standard features;
Our range of applications is vast. When requiring either standard catalogue valves, application specific or packaged solutions, where the pressure reduction, isolation or switching of high pressure compressed gases and liquids is required, you can feel sure that Hale Hamilton will be your ideal partner.
Hale Hamilton's standard NR & NRS ranges of in-line non-return valves feature a mitre seat with o ring insert to ensure a leak-tight shut-off with an efficient flow path. The valves are but lightly spring loaded to enable positive operation at any angle of installation.
Available in either hard or soft seat, this range of non-return valves has been developed for use within high pressure gas & liquid applications. Adiabatically shock tested variants are available to EN ISO 7291.
Hale Hamilton offer filtration through wire mesh, sintered bronze, or stainless steel wire (wound on a brass former), in both in-line and Y-shape housings (cartridge insert type), for use within a broad range of applications and markets.
The range of high pressure filters is suitable for a broad range of applications with operating pressures up to 414 bar (6,000psi) and is offered with port connections ranging from 1/4" BSP to 2" BSP.
Adiabatically Shock tetsed variants to EN ISO 7291 are also available.
A wide variety of stop valves, suitable for working pressures from zero up to 414 bag (6,000psi) are available. Most Hale Hamilton stop valves are fully pressure balanced and thus require a very small operating torque, even at the highest pressures. Many valves in the range are suitable for both pneumatic and hydraulic applications.
Available in a variety of materials, the Hale Hamilton range of valves are used within many applications including; Military Markets, Gas Filling, Mixing and Supply, Power Generation, Off-Shore, Pharmaceutical, Medical, Compressor, Laboratory and many other Industrial markets.
Many products carry; NATO, BAM, CTE, PED and TPED approvals.
