AM88xx |不锈钢伺服电机

基于AM8000技术，AM8800系列具有不锈钢外壳，根据EHEDG卫生设计指南设计。 AM8800非常适合用于食品，制药和化工行业。

AM8800电机的绕组采用凸极绕线技术实现。这导致了高的铜空间系数。由于高槽宽系数，可以获得较高的连续转矩。*封装的定子提供绕组到壳体的理想的热转换。这样做的另一个积极的结果就是绕组线受到振动的机械保护。

由于外壳和电机轴采用防刮不锈钢AISI 316L制造，因此不会出现腐蚀蔓延或油漆表面损坏的情况。电机制造符合IP 69K标准，允许使用蒸汽压力清洁器。可选的密封空气连接也可防止结露。电缆密封套还具有卫生设计。使用的润滑油是经过食品安全认证的（FDA）。
 
单电缆技术（OCT）
通过AM8000系列的伺服电机，反馈信号直接沿着导线传送到电源，从而将电源和反馈系统组合在一根电机连接电缆中。通过使用OCT，信息可靠地传送，不受数字接口干扰。由于电机和控制器端都省略了电缆和插头，因此组件和调试成本大大降低。
