　　电信号仪表采用非接触式电接点，其设定接点上应用了光电传感器，构成无接点信号切换装置，故仪表灵敏度*、响应快速、控制精度高。无滞后、跳跃现象。在低电压工作时，一般接点式装置浸没于阻尼液中，其接点附着油膜，增大了接触电阻，使接点不能有效工作，电流大时烧蚀严重，电信号压力表采用光电无触点信号切换、无电弧，无接点蚀损现象，故使用寿命长，开关特性优良。

安装与使用说明：

1、仪表应垂直安装于-20℃-55℃，相对湿度不大于85%，无耐腐蚀性气体，无强烈振动的环境中。环境温度（被测介质温度）偏离20℃±5℃时，须考虑温度影响所造成的误差。
2、耐振表安装时应尽量避免表壳、罩圈受力，防止破坏表的密封，造成仪表的灌充液渗漏。
3、在测量液体压力时，仪表应与测压点保持同一水平面，否则应考虑因液位差所产生的测量误差。
4、测量高压气体或剧烈波动的介质压力时，应附加缓冲装置。
5、仪表在测量均匀变化的压力时，工作压力应不大于其测量上限的3/4，测量波动压力时，工作压力应不大于其测量上限的2/3。
6、仪表在使用时应接入24VDC电源。
7、仪表接入控制系统时，其接点装置一般作为主令电气使用，使用时应注意接入仪表的负载功率，电压及电流均不得超过其额定值。
8、仪表设定针的设定，可用一字槽螺丝刀将调节装置的拨片压下后旋转，将设定指针拨至所需控制压力的标度处，耐振表在设定完成后应将调节装置的密封帽旋上，防止仪表内的灌充液漏出。
