ABB熔断器分为500V和690V两种,都是为了满足现代化工业和电力系统要求设计的,具备了分断*高短路电流的能力。400V熔断器的短路分断能力可超过100 kA。另外,690V熔断器分为双显和单显熔断器,双显全系列产品设计及工艺制造方法,双重保障知识保证不需要借助任何仪器准确及时检测系统故障,提供供电可靠性。分断能力达到80KA。快速熔断器设计和测试按照IEC60269标准进行。额定电压达到690VAC,电流20-1000A,分断能力高达200KA RMS Sym出色的限流能力
熔断器拥有出色的限流能力,配合标准容量的电缆和元器件便可确保接触器和继电器的正常运行,而截断电流值非常小。配合类型2 表示电路中的所有元件必须在短路发生后仍可继续使用,熔断器有效保证了这一点,且不需要额外扩容。
熔断器如何限流
为了避免危险,并对设备和电路造成的伤害,必须以*快的速度分断短路电流。由于短路电流产生的温升非常快,会导致设备的瘫痪。而熔断器可对温升迅速反应,并且其限流能力很强。熔断器中的石英砂阻隔了短路飞弧产生的高温,与此同时熔体由于温度上升很快而熔断。熔断器系统的维护成本很低。熔断器本身可承受很高的短路电流冲击,每当熔断后,更换的只是熔断器本身。由于更换熔断器非常简单迅速,使用熔断器做保护的系统可减少工厂的断电时间,并降
低维护成本。
