NIVELCO PROCESS CONTROL COMPANY is one of the most rapidly developing, manufacturing and marketing process control companies in the world market.

NIVELCO was founded in 1982 by Tamás Sz?ll?s, the president of the company, continuing the traditions rooted in the family venture established by Endre Sz?ll?s in 1939. Presently, the Hungarian, private-owned Nivelco, resting on a secure financial base, has emerged to join the ranks of medium-sized corporations, now employing 170 people worldwide. Nivelco's international success is attributed to the technical innovations incorporated in its internally developed and manufactured products as well as its seeking the ultimate in quality.

Today, Nivelco is one of the dominant European Level Companies also offering a selection of pressure and temperature transmitters as well as general purpose controllers.

The exceptional quality and reliability of our equipment even in extreme environmental conditions is daily proven worldwide by numerous applications in more than 60 countries. Nivelco is represented by more than 100 distributors all over the world, and by foreign affiliates in Poland, Czech republic, Romania and Russia.


Nivelco's main historical milestones:

 

• 1982 Production of the first Ultrasonic Level Meter

• 1984 Launch of the first Microprocessor controlled Ultrasonic Level Meter

• 1986 A new Capacitance Level Transmitter appears in the range

• 1988 Introduction of the Vibrating Rod

• 1989 Establishment of a new category, the first Compact Ultrasonic Level - Transmitter and Nivelco's debut on the World Market

• 1993 Revamping of the ultrasonic product line featuring free flowing solids metering capability

• 1994 Introduction of the Bore-hole Transmitter and the mechanically operated level switches in the same year

• 1995 Introduction of ISO 9001, and the founding of Nivelco Poland Sp. z o.o

• 1996 The Vibration Fork joins the Nivelco product range

• 1997 High powered Sensors for free flowing solids appear in the Ultrasonic product range

• 1999 New perspectives : The Hydrostatic Level Transmitter

• 2000 The EchoTREK, Nivelco's advanced compact Ultrasonic Level Transmitter is born

• 2003 Microwave level transmitters are added to the range making it more complete

• 2004 A new System Concept is born with the launch of the HART-capable MultiCONT controller, and Nivelco Bohemia s.r.o., the Czech affiliate is founded.

• 2005 The EasyTREK joins the product range as a no-display IP 68 compact Ultrasonic transmitter, and the Romanian affiliate, SC NIVELCO Tehnica M?sur?rii SRL is also founded

• 2006 Nivelco commences production of the MicroTREK - a TDR level transmitter
