PCN402B型高精度智能粘度测定仪，是继PCN402A之后推出的又一款智能仪器，嵌入GUI 图形文件管理系统和FatFs R0.08文件管理系统，搭配自家的V3.0的界面，中文操作菜单和英文提示菜单。5.7寸 (1280x760)的图形点阵K600+内核 65000色DGUS屏、触摸屏（电容式多点触控屏），也符合该机的定位。硬件方面，PCN402B使用的是四核CPU处理器，频率为32MHz，其他支持232接口与计算机联网，而外形设计，简约方正，主要针对油化验室.
