PCB5208型智能闭口闪点测定仪
本仪器是按照中华人民共和国标准GB/T 5208-2008《闪点的测定 快速平衡闭杯法》规定的要求设计制造的，能够满足石油、化工、涂料、油漆、铁路、航空、电力、商检及科研单位对石油产品闭口闪点快速测试的要求。
本仪器特别适合于闭口杯闪点在-30℃～50℃范围内的各类色漆、油漆、胶黏剂、溶剂、石油及有关产品闭口杯闪点的测试。 本仪器也符合ISO 1523 和ISO 3679标准的要求。
一、主要技术特点
1、按照GB/T 5208-2008《闪点的测定 快速平衡闭杯法》标准设计，实现快速、低温测试闭口杯闪点的目的。
2、采用半导体制冷器件和外接冷却水冷却装置，仪器体积小，制冷速度快，使用方便。
3、测试试样少，每次进样仅需2ml（固体或半固体试样每次进样为4ml）。
4、除点火外，测试过程自动完成，测试结果自动打印。
5、采用触摸屏控制技术，操作控制全在显示屏上完成，功能，操作方便。
6、有需求耐酸碱杯需特殊定制

This instrument is especially suitable for testing the flash point of closed cup of various paints, paints, adhesives, solvents, petroleum and related products in the range of - 30 ℃ ~ 50 ℃. The instrument also complies with the requirements of ISO 1523 and ISO 3679.
1、 Main technical features
1. It is designed according to GB / T 5208-2008 "fast balance closed cup method for the determination of flash point", so as to realize the purpose of fast and low temperature test of flash point of closed cup.
2. With semiconductor refrigeration device and external cooling water cooling device, the instrument has small volume, fast cooling speed and convenient use.
3. There are few test samples, only 2ml for each injection (4ml for solid or semi-solid samples).
4. In addition to ignition, the test process is completed automatically and the test results are printed automatically.
