Ugo Basile抓力计可自动测量大、小鼠前肢抓力(前肢的峰值力和阻力),也通过选择测量后肢抓力。可用于评估**、**、肌肉松弛剂、**、衰老及神经损伤等对肌肉力量的影响。
将受试动物置于实验台上,头前方为装有力传感器的抓杆(可能是T型的,也可能是网状的或者是可供选择的其他类型抓杆),抓杆高度可调。抓力工具有力传感器连接到一个峰值力测定仪。当实验人员拖动动物的尾巴时,该动物会为了阻止非本意的向后运动而本能的抓住前方的抓杆,直到实验人员的拉力超过它的*大抓力。当动物松开抓杆时,仪器会自动记录*大力值,并显示在液晶屏上。仪器有一个具有内存功能的控制器和新的DCA软件,便于信号监测、数据转换和分析。保存的数据可以在控制器上浏览,也可以传输到电脑上,有 Excel (.xlps)或者text (.txt) 形式,可以基本满足大部分数据处理的需求。
