轴承退磁设备：

Bearing demagnetization equipment

设备应能满足轴承的退磁、降低金属颗粒在工件表面的吸附力，便于清洗机能的洗净轴承内外的金属颗粒。设备采用PLC可编程控制器控制，具有自动化程度高、生产速度快、工人劳动强度低等优点。

The equipment shall be able to meet the demagnetization of the bearing, reduce the adsorption force of metal particles on the surface of the workpiece, and facilitate the cleaning machine to thoroughly clean the metal particles inside and outside the bearing. The equipment is controlled by PLC programmable controller, which has the advantages of high degree of automation, fast production speed, low labor intensity of workers, etc.

1、安装位置：安装在轴承输送系统的输送线上,输送线的操作台面为800mm,

Installation position: it is installed on the conveying line of the bearing conveying system, and the operation table of the conveying line is 800 mm.

2、线圈安匝数：8000-14000AT；

Coil ampere turns: 8000-14000AT

3、中心磁场强度：≥250GS；

Central magnetic field strength: ≥250GS

4、线圈窗口尺寸： 500mm；

5、轴承的输送形式：以滚筒式输送线经过退磁装置；

6、退磁效果：工件退磁后剩磁不大于0.3mT（以指针式磁强计测量）；

7、退磁线圈采用磁轭式；
