设备为机电分开式，有电源控制、磁化系统、夹持部分、电动移动、气动夹紧（或电动）、自动喷洒，可对钻杆进行复合磁化，采用模块化集成电路，具有深层裂纹的检测功能，可进行电动移动尾架，气动夹紧、自动喷液、磁化、转动观察（立式旋转、纵向旋转）、退磁等功能，全程微机控制。

The equipment is electromechanical, with power supply control, magnetization system, clamping part, electric movement, pneumatic clamping (or electric) and automatic spraying. It can compound magnetization of drill pipe. It adopts advanced modular integrated circuit and has the detection function of deep cracks. It can carry out electric movement of tail frame, pneumatic clamping, automatic liquid spraying, magnetization, rotation observation (vertical rotation, longitudinal rotation), demagnetization and other functions. It is controlled by microcomputer in the whole process.
