该设备可对铁路客、货车、机车及地铁轨道交通等各型轮轴（轮对）、车轴外露表面及带辐板孔车轮的辐板孔内侧，进行荧光磁粉复合磁化探伤，设备自上料后，自动实现喷淋、夹紧、磁化、图像采集、储存数据及退磁等功能。

The equipment can perform fluorescent magnetic particle composite magnetization flaw detection on various wheel shafts (wheel pairs), exposed surfaces of the wheel shafts and the inner sides of the spoke holes of wheels with spoke holes, such as railway passenger cars, freight cars, locomotives, subway rail traffic and the like. After the equipment is loaded, the functions of spraying, clamping, magnetization, image acquisition, data storage, demagnetization and the like are automatically realized.
