一、水泥抗压夹具是根据我国建材行业标准JC/T683-1977制造。水泥抗压夹具是 标准"水泥胶砂强度检验方法(ISO法)GB/T17671-1999"设备。

二、水泥抗压夹具技术参数：

★上、下压板宽度：40mm±0.1mm

三、水泥抗压夹具校验方法：

★目测检查外观。水泥抗压夹具应保护清洁，不得碰伤划痕，应有牢固的铭牌。

★上、下压板应为硬质钢材制成，其长度为40±0.1mm，宽度为40mm，厚度>10mm。

★上、下压板与试件整个接触表面的平面公差为0.01mm，上、下压板自由距离>45mm。

★上压板上的球座A应在夹具A轴线与上压板下表面的交点上，公差为±1mm，上压板随着与试件的接触而自动找平。

四、水泥抗压夹具结构特点：

主要由下夹具座、上夹具座、标准夹辊、抗劈裂夹具上下压条组成。下夹具座通过定位销、垫圈固定在压力机活塞上，上夹具座通过上支座、菱形销及压力机上的定位销和两内六角螺钉固定在压力机横梁上。

Fourth, the structural characteristics of the cement compression fixture:

It is mainly composed of a lower clamp base, an upper clamp base, a standard nip roller, and an upper and a lower bead for anti-cracking jig. The lower clamp seat is fixed on the press piston by positioning pins and washers, and the upper clamp seat is fixed on the press beam by the upper support, diamond pins, and positioning pins on the press and two hexagon screws.

五、水泥抗压夹具使用注意事项：

★使用前对限位尺寸检查是否还保持正确位置；

★如果挡销磨损超差，可以进行打磨修复；如果挡板、插销、定位锥头销磨损超差，可以重新组装，错开磨损部位后继续使用

V. Precautions for using cement compression fixture:

★ Check the limit size before use to maintain the correct position;

★ If the stop pin wears out badly, it can be polished and repaired; if the baffle, latch, and positioning cone pin are out of wear, it can be reassembled, and it can continue to be used after staggering the worn parts.
