五,全自动冻融试验箱使用方法:

试验采用水冻水融法,把符合外观要求的100×100×400的混凝土试件和测温试件放进试件桶中,用17~23℃的水浸泡4天,然后把试件桶放入冻融试验槽中,用循环的冷冻液对试件反复进行降温和升温,周期性地把试件内放的水进行冻结和融化。混凝土试件每做25次冻融循环试验,都要测量1次重量和相对动弹性模量。当相对动弹性模量下降至初始值的60%或质量损失率达5%时,即认为试件已达破坏,并以相应的冻融循环次数作为该混凝土的抗冻等级。如果试件冻融至预定的循环次数,而相对动弹性模量或质量损失率均未达到上述指标,可认为试验的混凝土抗冻性已满足设计要求。根据冻融循环次数及相应的相对动弹性模量可计算出混凝土耐久性系数,供设计选材时参考。因此,在动弹性模量,质量损失率和耐久性系数为评定指标的混凝土抗冻试验中

The test uses the water-frozen water-melting method, put 100×100×400 concrete specimens and temperature-measuring specimens that meet the appearance requirements into the specimen bucket, soak them in water at 17~23°C for 4 days, then put the specimen bucket The sample is placed in a freeze-thaw test tank, and the test piece is repeatedly cooled and warmed by the circulating freezing liquid, and the water placed in the test piece is periodically frozen and melted. For every 25 freeze-thaw cycles of concrete specimens, the weight and relative dynamic modulus are measured once. When the relative dynamic elastic modulus drops to 60% of the initial value or the mass loss rate reaches 5%, it is considered that the test piece has reached the damage, and the corresponding freeze-thaw cycle number is used as the anti-freeze level of the concrete. If the test piece freezes and freezes to the predetermined number of cycles, and the relative dynamic elastic modulus or mass loss rate does not reach the above index, it can be considered that the tested concrete frost resistance has met the design requirements. According to the number of freeze-thaw cycles and the corresponding relative dynamic elastic modulus, the concrete durability coefficient can be calculated for reference when designing materials. Therefore, in the concrete antifreeze test in which the dynamic elastic modulus, the mass loss rate and the durability coefficient are the evaluation indexes, the device is an essential test device. It can meet the needs of design, research and construction of various related industries at home and abroad.
