产品描述：

节能无密封液下排污泵针对含颗粒污水、污油及纤维混合液等介质研制开发的新型产品，能广泛适用于市政、建筑、石油化工、污水处理、工矿排污、矿山排水、雨水等工程项目。全系列产品共12种基本规格，可通过降速及叶轮切割扩大性能范围，流量从10~270m³/h，扬程从6~54m。

使用条件

1．  介质温度≤80^oC，无须外接冲洗润滑水；

2．  铸铁材质的使用介质PH值在5－9范围内；

3．  各种腐蚀性介质采用不锈钢，含磨粒介质采用双相钢；

结构特点

1. 叶轮采用了半开式螺旋设计，具有如下特点：

   1.1 采用三维造型优化设计，效率高于普通污水叶轮，降低运行成本；

   1.2 半开式，流道宽，抽排时，含有大颗粒固状物的介质能够在流道内畅通无阻；

   1.3 叶片进口边伸出泵体流道以外，起到搅拌器作用；

2. 副叶片结构及*的螺纹密封结构能有效的减少泵的泄露及容积损失，提高了泵的效率，降低了泵运行时产生的轴向力，减轻了轴承的负载，解决了常规潜污泵及液下式污水泵的密封易损坏的问题；

3.通过分析软件计算主轴的临界转速，使基础以下部分无须设置轴承，有效解决了滑动轴承磨损和滚动轴承密封失效而损坏的问题，提高了机组的使用寿命和可靠性，大大降低运行维护成本；

4. 泵体采用受力分析软件对基础以上的筒体及支架进行有限元分析，刚性好，振动小，可靠性高；

5. 轴承部件设置于泵基础以上，承受轴向力和径向力，正常运行期间可很方便的对轴承进行加脂维护；

6. 整机结构简单，电机位于基础之上，可靠性高，易维护检修；
