产品概述：

计量泵的分类情况一般按泵头部分的结构、传动形式等方式来进行分类，其工作原理，组成结构也存在很大的差异。 按泵头部分可分为柱塞式计量泵和隔膜式计量泵两大类：柱塞式计量泵是柱塞作直线往复运动直接借助阀的启闭达到吸排液体目的，而隔膜计量泵是借助柱塞在缸体内往复运动，使腔内油液产生脉冲力，推动隔膜来回鼓动，在阀的启闭作用下达到吸排液体的目的，由于用隔膜把柱塞与被输送液体隔开，可防止液体向外渗漏造成污染和损失，若配上报警器，当隔膜破裂后能及时停车报警，有效地避免油料对流程管道的污染，更换隔膜后又可恢复正常运行，另外，隔膜泵还配装三阀装置（自动补油阀、安全阀、放气阀），可及时补充液压腔工作油，同时能避免过量补油现象，提高隔膜使用寿命，还可以保证计量泵系统的安全。按传动形式粉，又可分为凸轮式和Ｎ轴式：其中微机座、为联板凸轮式结构，由电动机通过蜗杆蜗轮，带动偏心凸轮旋转，经滑块（十字头）使柱塞作直线往复运行。 　　 泵的流量调节通过改变柱塞行程长度或泵速来实现的，柱塞行程可在0～范围内无级调节，运行和停车时均可进行。配上电控等装置后，可实现原距离操作或自动化控制。配上交流变频器或调速电机，可实现双调或降低泵速，以适应工艺流程的需要。
