目前,在电解槽铁碳模块组装质量的检测都是通过用直流焊机通入大电流测试的方式进行估量,因为电流输出不稳定。所以测量结果不能直观反应模块的组装质量。由我公司与中铝公司共同研制生产的高精度铁碳压降测试仪采用新型电力电子技术,电流输出大,可达到1000A的大电流。仪器采用7寸触摸屏。智能化操作。用户只需要设置测试电流,仪器通过程序自动恒流输出大电流。当达到所设置的电流后,设备自动测量出模块的电阻及模块的电压降,从而快速准确的判断出模块的组装是否合格。
电解槽电极(阳极炭块、阴极炭块)质量的好坏,电解槽投产后的各项经济指标影响较大。在组装电极时,由于材料本身的差异(主要是阴极糊料、磷生铁),或者组装工艺、组装人员组装水平的差异,zui终造成电极组装质量的巨大差异。组织质量不好的电极,其电阻较大导电能力差,在后期生产过程中的损耗就高,从而造成大量的电能白白的浪费,降低工厂的经济效益。另外提高电极钢棒头的焊接质量,减小焊缝的压降同样具有节能降耗的重大意义。

The anodic casting quality tester developed and produced by our company and Aluminum Corporation of China adopts the latest power electronic technology with big current output which up to 1000A. The instrument adopts 6 inch touch screen LCD. Intelligent operation. The user only needs to set the test current. The instrument will automatically output big current through the program at constant current. When the set current is reached, the device will automatically measure the resistance and the voltage drop of the module. So as to quickly and accurately determine whether the assembly of the module is qualified .
The quality of electrode, anode carbon block and cathode carbon block, of electrolytic cell is good or bad will greatly affect various economic indexes after the electrolytic cell is put into operation. In the process of electrode assembly, due to the differences in materials which mainly cathode paste and phosphorus iron or the differences in the assembly process and the assembly level of the assembler, the quality of electrode assembly will be eventually vary greatly. The electrode with poor organization quality has a relatively large resistance and poor conductivity, which will lead to high loss in the later production process resulting in a large amount of wasted electric energy and reducing the economic benefits of the factory.
